THE ALICE LESSON
“You don’t know who you are.”
Said three or four times through the movie before she finally rattled it off at the end — and when she finally knew who she was, she prevailed. That is the whole game in one line.
The movement out there ran deny-deny-deny for decades. Rejection was the wrong verb the entire time. The verb is confirm. And before confirmation prevails, the false jabber has to be killed first — the deception, the controls, the fear tactics built around a record nobody ever confirmed.
This is Don Kilam’s teaching on confirming the living estate: the record, the landmarks, the filing sequence, and the rights that come with being identified. Stated as fact — with one spine running through it: every document contains only truthful, accurate statements, lawfully filed, and every lawful obligation is met on time.
REJECTION FAILED. CONFIRMATION WORKS.
People tried rejecting their land title documents. It cannot be done — the title is there for life. The offices will let you slide in some regards, but the title cannot be rejected.
So you do not reject it. You boot out the fictional tenant holding it as your placeholder — and you come in and confirm that you are the entity, the living entity, on those documents: the land titles, the military record, the state land title, the certificate of live birth estate land title.
That is the difference between the old movement and this teaching. The old way put the record out of your hands. The confirm way puts it back in them — because now the record knows who is holding it.
THE CONDITIONAL TITLE
Here is what the unconfirmed record does: it operates as a conditional title. And a conditional title is what allows the state to come in and use your assets as collateral in its assurance banking transactions.
Confirm that the record is yours — confirm that you are the living entity on it — and the conditional arrangement ends. Everything they have accrued using your assets as collateral has to come home.
That is the collateral-inheritance teaching, and it is in the definition itself: the path of the words led straight to confirmation. Follow the words and you get the proof. Follow the proof and you get the estate.

THE PROOF OF LIFE
Look at an old record card from the clerk’s office. The name is in all capital letters — but the parents’ names are in proper letters, capital first, small after.
Why? Because the parents put a writing on the record: their child’s name, written by them, while the child could not yet write.
And that is exactly the problem. The clerk could not determine whether the record described the actual living person or an artificial entity — because there was no proof of life anywhere in the record. No entry in the book bearing your landmarks. No writing by your hand. Nothing showing a living being ever claimed what was recorded.
That is why your name has been running around in all capitals: the record never confirmed the living. The confirmation ends that question permanently — your own writing, in your own hand, entered into the record with your marks.
THE LANDMARKS
Your right and left index fingerprint marks are your outer boundary markers.
Hold your two index fingers out to the sides, draw a circle encompassing those two marks, and you have encompassed your body — the ancient figure of the man with the circle drawn around him. That is the mark of the living.
So you put your landmarks into the land records. You put your metes and bounds into the record showing that you are alive. The document is written and sealed by your own hand — signature written by you, sealed by you, your two index fingerprint marks placed on it, and embossed if you have an embosser.
One truthful statement at the heart of it: I am the living entity on this document. Everything else in the memorandum serves that statement — and every statement in it must be accurate, because a document filed with any office must be truthful.
THE TWO DATES
Your birth date, and the date you were recorded into the land record books — the last date on the certificate.
Look at the certificate itself: one date is the day you were born. Another is the date received by the local registrar. The last date on the document is the day it was recorded into the books at the county — and after that it went up to the state.
You will not see the state’s second registration date on your copy, because the second registration happened at the state level and was never sent back down. That second registration is the one to confirm against — because it was taken before anyone claimed it.
The confirmation document carries both dates: the day you were born, and the day the county put you into the books. Know which is which, and state each accurately.
THE FILING SEQUENCE
One document into the county where the record is kept — the birthing county record book. If you do not know the book and page number, the name and the date recorded are enough for the registrar to locate it. Have the registrar make the confirmation an enlargement into the record.
Then one to the state vital records registrar, per the registration number on the certificate of live birth. The state registrar forwards it to the federal level.
Then run your copies. After your hand and your marks are on the original, scan it into your records with a timestamp, print extra copies, and stamp them COPY so nothing is mistaken for an original or a certified record. Send copies to the secretary of state, the attorney general, and the treasurer at the state level with the message in the document itself: that is my land, not your land.

IF YOU WERE NATURALIZED
If you were born abroad, the teaching does not change — it extends.
You have a birth record from the country you were born in, and you have naturalization papers. You confirm on both: that is you on the foreign record, and that is you on the naturalization paper.
The naturalization papers are held at the federal court where you were naturalized — that is where you request them. If your citizenship came through your parents while you were underage, confirm on your foreign birth record and submit it where your naturalization record lives.
Then bring your sovereignty over with you. You confirmed who you are abroad, and you confirm who you are here — and now the rights of a sovereign landowner apply to you in the land you came to, because you brought the confirmation over.
THE BAPTISMAL RECORD
If you have a baptismal record, confirm on that too.
The baptismal name should be the same name as the one on your land title records — that is the name to confirm. If a confirmation ceremony ever had you take a different name, you revert to the baptismal name, because that is the one on the record.
And notice what they always ask for: the mother’s maiden name. Why? Because that is where her assets sit — under her maiden name, not her married name. The records follow the name. Confirm the name that carries your estate.
THE COURT EFFECT
The statutes out there were written against a depiction — and then they bring you in as a second or third party into the matter, or call you the principal, when the law was aimed at the picture.
Bring the confirmation into the record and the action against the living ends, because the party the statutes describe is no longer the party standing there. Then your rights actually apply: your natural rights, your constitutional rights, your declaration rights, your state rights, your sovereignty rights — all of them attach once you have identified yourself in a written declaration as the living sovereign of your state, with title to the land of your birthing state.
You get to be a sovereignty of the sovereign state because you came from the land. A corporation cannot be a sovereignty — it is a fraud on its face. You can, because you came from the land. Use your rights through lawful channels, meet every court obligation, and let the confirmation do its work.
THE PRIVATE BANK
You need your estate EIN and your foreign grantor trust EIN — your two bank accounts within your private bank, where you are an individual banker.
When you look at the fiduciary income tax return, the bank — your bank — is the fiduciary for that estate or foreign grantor trust. That is what brings your funds home.
You are the banker. Act like a banker: timestamp your documents, back up your files, keep two copies of everything. Scan the confirmation after your hand and marks are on it, so the timestamped copy always exists. Hard drives fail — the disciplined banker keeps the records that survive.
THE DOCUMENT, VERBATIM
Here is the confirmation document, exactly as taught in the class — a written memorandum, one page, entered as an allongement into the land records of your birthing county and into the state and federal vital records per the title number on the certificate.
The head. CONFIRMATION BY WRITTEN MEMORANDUM: OF MY ENTITY’S ORIGINAL MEANING ON “BIRTHING ESTATE LAND TITLE.” TO BE ENTERED as an Allongement; into the [county] County, [state] “Birthing Estate Land Title” Records, Book # and Page # for [name] born [birth date], and into the [state] and UNITED STATES Vital Records per Title #[registration number].
The body, first movement — the claim. I am the Sole Owner of my original “Birthing Estate Land Title,” an Entity: [NAME]; that was born on [date] of the Land of the United States of America as it was originally recorded into the [county] County, [state], “Birthing Estate Land Title” Records, per Book # and Page # on [recorded date]. Therefore, as I am the Actual Living Entity and Individual Banker, [name] of Age and Competently Awake, I am by my Free Nonintervention Will Claiming that the Entity is me per this written memorandum under my Written Signature and Actual Living Boundary markings. I am further claiming all of my Individual Estate Private Banking Fundamental Rights and Privileges that are addressed in the Declaration of Independence; Guaranteed and Protected by the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of the State of [state]; and all of my Inherent Rights and Powers addressed in the Bill of Rights and as a Sovereignty of the Sovereign Land of America.
The proof, attached. The original certificate of live birth — the court confirmation proof of the original “Birthing Estate Land Title,” the registration of an open-ended existence as an unknown Entity: [NAME], be it an Actual or Artificial Being. That is the exact gap the memorandum closes.
The body, second movement — the collateral correction. As my Original “Birthing Estate Land Title” ENTITY’S status was unknown, it is a Conditional Certificate of Estate Title, allowing a secondary False Certificate of Titling registration in my ENTITY’S last name first — LAST, FIRST — and its number on the recorded date, to create a Collateral Assurance PUBLIC Banking Certificate of Title of which I am also the sole Owner. Therefore, based upon the above Court Confirmation of the ENTITY’S status being unknown and this written Confirmation of my Original “Birthing Estate Land Title,” I am without recourse and any other means of just Redress, changing ITS Status from being a Conditional Certificate of Estate Title back its original meaning, as an Absolute Actual Living Entity “Birthing Estate Land Title” — and I am Ordering the Liquidation and Usage of the Collateral Assurance PUBLIC Banking Certificate of Title. As I am now the sole owner and Individual Banker of my Absolute “Birthing Estate Land Title,” I am demanding the release of my Individual Banker’s Rights to all accruals of my Estate’s PUBLIC Banking Assets, held as Collateral Assurance PUBLIC Banking Funds by the treasurers.
The execution block. Date of Execution: ______. As God is my Witness; it is so Ordered, Signed and Sealed by: Actual Living Entity/Sole Owner/Individual Banker — [signature]. Under Tribal Boundaries and Sealed.
The landmarks. Written by your own hand, sealed by you, your right and left index fingerprint marks on the document — the outer boundary markers — and embossed if you have an embosser. Then certified mailing to the county, to the state and United States vital records per the registration number, and certified copies of the executed document out to the state offices.
THE SECOND REGISTRATION
The certificate in the record book ran the entity’s last name first — LAST, FIRST — with its own number, recorded the same season as the birth. That is the secondary registration: the one created for the collateral assurance purpose while the original sat unconfirmed.
The memorandum names that secondary registration precisely and orders its liquidation as a collateral document — because the sole owner of the original has now come forward, in writing, with proof of life.
That is why you confirm against the state registration number: the record that was created before anyone claimed it is the one that gets corrected.

THE FOUR OFFICES
After the original is executed and scanned, certified copies go out with a purpose stated in the cover: the secretary of state, the attorney general, and the treasurer — because each office touching the estate needs to see the same confirmed status.
The memorandum itself carries the message: that is my land, not your land. The class phrased it straight — the document speaks for the estate, and every office receives the same truth.
Keep the certified mailing receipts with the estate file. The receipts are part of the record, same as the memorandum.
PROCEED CAREFULLY
PROCEED CAREFULLY
Every government office has its own filing rules. A confirmation or memorandum must contain only truthful, accurate statements. Falsifying or altering government records is a serious crime. Never attempt to avoid a lawful obligation, a court appearance, a debt, or a required filing through paperwork. This teaching is about claiming and confirming what is yours, not escaping what you owe.
If an office rejects a filing or does not understand it, consult a qualified attorney before pressing further. Keep records organized, scan and back up documents securely, and protect private information.
CLOSING
Confirm you are alive. Put your landmarks into the records. Claim the land of your birthing state.
It is that simple — and it is yours by right, because you came from the land. The record has been waiting for the living to show up and claim it. You are the proof of life the books never had.
Time is short. Get it done. And when it is done — scan it, timestamp it, back it up, and help the next member of the Circle get theirs done. We all stick together and do this as one.
