Asset protection starts with self-identity. If you are operating without a clearly defined nationality and status, you are essentially declaring yourself abandoned property. In the eyes of the corporate administrative state, if you don’t know your house, you belong to their house. I am not here to hold your hand through the basics of your own existence. I am here to provide the keys for those ready to walk through the door as sovereigns, not as wards of the state.

YOUR LAST NAME IS YOUR CLAN: THE BIBLICAL BLUEPRINT

To understand your nationality, you must first understand the etymology of your lineage. This isn’t “internet talk”: this is ancient law. If you look at the Biblical blueprint, identity was never about a corporate social security number; it was about the house, the tribe, and the clan.

Every group in the ancient texts was defined as an “ite” or belonging to a specific house.

Your last name is the title to your ancestral clan. It is the name of your estate. When you understand the science behind this, you see that you aren’t a nameless “consumer.” You are a representative of a lineage. For example, my name is Don Kilam. Where does Kilam come from? In the ancient world, to have no tribe meant you were an outcast. It meant you had no inheritance and no protection. When you walk around today without a defined nationality, you are living like an outcast with no inheritance, even though the earth belongs to you by birthright. Stop guessing blindly. Trace your family name, identify your clan, and stand on it.

We need to address the geographical reality of your status. There is a massive difference between being a “citizen of the United States” (a corporate term) and being a national of your sovereign state.

Let it sink in: Your state is your nationality.

Each state within this geographic landmass was established as a sovereign entity with its own constitution, boundaries, and people.

• Hawaiians come from the nation of Hawaii.
• New Yorkers come from the nation of New York.
• Texans come from the nation of Texas.

When you blindly check a box claiming you are a generalized federal “U.S. Citizen,” you are signing away your connection to the sovereign soil. You are accepting a commercial status: a debtor status: instead of a geopolitical reality. These states were established as independent republics. By reclaiming your state nationality, you reposition yourself outside of federal overreach and back into the foundational laws of the land.

ARTICLE 15: THE UNIVERSAL RIGHT TO NATIONALITY

For those who think this is just theory, look at the international stage. Look at the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). Article 15 is very clear:

1. Everyone has the right to a nationality.
2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

You have an absolute, unalienable right to define your nationality. So why are you letting a corporate administrative system classify you using commercial terms?

Let’s speak the plain truth: “Black” is not a nationality. “White” is not a nationality.

These are administrative colors used to denote property and commercial status in a system of maritime salvage. There is only one race on this earth: the human race. Everything else is a division into tribes, nations, and clans. When you write “Black” on a legal document, you are effectively telling the system that you have no country, no inheritance, no land, and no law. You are declaring yourself a ward of the state.

By invoking Article 15 and declaring your true nationality based on your tribe or your sovereign state land, you step under the protection of universal human rights and international law. You move from “property” to “person of standing.”

THE BOTTOM LINE: BUILDERS, NOT BEGGARS

Your legacy, your children’s inheritance, and your private assets depend entirely on you knowing your status. You cannot build an express trust or protect your wealth if you are still asking another person to tell you who you are.

It is time to do the spiritual and administrative work. Look at your history. Research your name. Study the constitution of your state. Use the international declarations that are already sitting there waiting for you to utilize them.
