The system uses specific frequencies to program your subconscious mind. They have taught you to use words that trap you in their jurisdiction. When you “understand” something, you are literally “standing under” their authority. You are agreeing to their definitions and their rules.

To break the spell, you must return to the denotative meaning of words. You must study the root of your language to see the chains they have forged for your mind.

THE BIRTHING AND COMMERCE TRAP

Have you ever wondered why the language of the hospital matches the language of the high seas? This is not a coincidence. This is the birthing and commerce connection.

When a woman is in labor, she is said to be “delivering” a “vessel” (the baby) through the “birth canal.” A canal is a waterway. The “doctor” (docker) meets the vessel at the “dock” (the hospital) to “berth” (birth) the new arrival.

What happens next? They issue a Birth Certificate. In the maritime world, this is a Cargo Manifest. A manifest is a record of products, registration numbers, and manufacturers. You are being registered as a product of the state, treated as “ore” (energy/wealth) to be mined for profit by the federal corporation.

Your parents are not listed as the mother and father in the legal sense; they are the “informants” or “legal guardians” of the state’s property. You are being shipped from the “Mother Ship” into the stream of commerce.

THE CORPORATE FICTION EXPOSED

The moment your name is written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, you are no longer a living man or woman in the eyes of the system. You have become a corporation.

Under 28 USC 3002 (15)(A), the “United States” is defined as a Federal corporation. This corporation created a “strawman”: a fictional entity that shares your name but exists only on paper. This is the entity that has a Social Security Number.

Your Social Security Number is actually a trust account within the federal corporation. You are the intended beneficiary, but the system has positioned itself as the trustee, managing your estate while you act as a “ward of the court.”

When you go to court, you are not appearing as a living being. You are appearing as the representative of a corporate defendant. This is why the judge: a “magistrate” (which comes from the same root as “magic”): demands that you identify yourself. They are looking for the corporate mask, not the man.

ADMIRALTY LAW ON LAND

Most people believe they are under “common law” or constitutional protections. In reality, modern courts operate under Admiralty and Maritime Law. This is the law of the sea, the law of merchants, and the law of contracts.

This is the Law of the Water vs. the Law of the Land distinction. Water jurisdiction deals with commerce, contracts, vessels, and movement through the corporate system. Land jurisdiction speaks to the living man or woman. The spell is that the system uses words, forms, and legal codes to pull people off the land and into the water without them ever realizing the shift.

In Admiralty jurisdiction, you have no rights: only privileges granted by the captain of the ship (the judge). You are treated as property or a “war criminal” under their commercial codes. This is why your constitutional arguments are often ignored. The judge is operating in a different jurisdiction where you have already contracted away your sovereignty.

The deeper play is corporate. The United States functions as a corporation under these codes, and the language of the courtroom is designed to keep you acting inside that constructed reality. That is why word magic matters. They use terms, titles, and legal definitions like spells to convert living energy into commercial property on paper.
