You have the right to travel, the right to self-defense, and the right to the pursuit of life, liberty, and property (which is the true definition of happiness).

THE PUBLIC SIDE: THE GREAT SWAP

Now, look at what happened. The system flipped the script. On the Public Side, the government creates a fiction called “JOHN M. SMITH” (all capital letters). This is not you. This is a corporate entity, a “Strawman.”

Once this entity is created, the hierarchy is inverted:

• The Federal Government has dominion over the State.
• The Agencies have dominion over the corporate fiction (the name).
• The Man (you) identifies as the fiction and becomes a servant to the agencies.

You went from having dominion over the earth to not even having dominion over your own house, your kids, or your labor. If you want to fix this, you need to understand Status Correction. You must move from the public side back to the private side.

BORN AT SEA: THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE SCAM

How did they get you? It started the moment you were born. When a mother’s “water” breaks, the baby is “delivered” through the birth canal. In the eyes of the system, this is Maritime/Admiralty law in action. You were a “vessel” delivered from the water onto the land.

The Birth Certificate is not a title; it is a “Bill of Lading” or a “Certificate of Manifest” from a ship. It is evidence that a title exists, but that title is held by the State. Because you identify as that name on the paper, the State claims ownership over the “cargo”: which is you.

This is the “Sucker’s Contract.” You were signed into this system without informed consent. You didn’t know that by using that name, you were agreeing to be “property” or “inventory” for the corporate state. This is why the judge asks for your name and where you “reside.” The moment you answer, you grant them jurisdiction over the fiction you are representing.

THE SSN DEBT TRAP AND THE IRS TRUTH

Most people believe their Social Security Number is a “benefit.” In reality, the application you signed as a teenager was full of admissions and confessions. You admitted to being a “U.S. Citizen” (a federal employee/subject) rather than a State Citizen.

Even more shocking is the truth about the IRS. The IRS is not even a government agency. It is a private collection branch for the Federal Reserve. It is a private trust domiciled in Puerto Rico (Trust Number 62). Look it up in Title 31 of the U.S. Code, Section 1321.

The money you pay in “taxes” doesn’t go to roads or schools. Not one penny. It goes to a private trust managed by foreign interests like the IMF and the Vatican. You are paying a “franchise fee” for the “privilege” of discharging debt with Federal Reserve Notes (which are just promises to pay that never actually get paid).
