STANDING UNDER THE FOUNDATION: THE POWER OF WORDS

To truly understand something, you must literally “stand under” its foundation. If you don’t understand the foundation of the legal system, you are building your life on a foundation of sand.

Words are your primary tools, but they are also weapons. If you put an “S” in front of words, it becomes swords. Words cut. They define your reality. In the Roman maxim of law, it is said: “For he that would be deceived, let him be deceived.” If you are ignorant enough to be tricked by a word, the system believes that is your business and your problem.

We live in a world of word control. When you enter a courtroom, you aren’t in a place of justice; you are on a court: like a tennis court or a basketball court. It’s a game. A racket. The judge is the referee. He wears a black robe because he is representing the “banks” of a river. In Latin, the word for bench is banc, which is where we get the word bank.

The judge sits on the “bank” to regulate the current-cy (the flow of the current/money).

THE TWO LAWS: LAND VS. WATER

There are only two things on this planet: Land and Water. Consequently, there are only two kinds of law.

1. The Law of the Land: This is the law of the culture, the people, and the physical territory. It changes from country to country. You can do things in America that you can’t do in Russia. This is Common Law.
2. The Law of the Water: This is the Law of Money. It is also known as Maritime Admiralty. It is international. It doesn’t matter where you are; money is money.

Anytime you are dealing with banking, credit, or international commerce, you are no longer under the Law of the Land. You have been pulled into the “high seas.” This is why the Statue of Liberty is sitting in the water. It’s a statue of liberty, not freedom. Liberty is what a sailor gets when he pulls into port; he’s still under the rules of the ship, but he has “liberty” to walk around the dock.

THE MARITIME BIRTH: WHY YOU ARE A CORPORATE PRODUCT

Have you ever wondered why you have a Birth Certificate? In the occult world of commerce, all ships are female. They are referred to as “she.” When a ship pulls into a dock, it carries items: products. These products have manifested.

The captain of the ship must provide a Certificate of Manifest to the port authorities. This certificate describes the cargo. The ship sits in its berth (birth).

Now, look at your own arrival.

• Your mother’s water broke.
• You came down the birth canal.
• You were delivered by a Dock-tor.
• Because you were a “maritime product” delivered in a “berth,” you required a Birth Certificate.

This document is not a record of your soul; it is a Bill of Lading. It is a security title used by the international bankers to vouch for the value of the “human resource.” You are the “cargo” that has been manifested into the corporate matrix.

1868: THE INCORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES

In 1868, a major shift occurred. A corporation was founded called the UNITED STATES. This is a private company, originally out of England. When you are asked, “Are you a citizen of the United States?”, they aren’t asking if you live in the country. They are asking if you are an employee of that foreign corporation.

The word “President” is a corporate term. Banks have presidents. Corporations have presidents. The “United States” has a president. This is why the law changed to treat everyone as a “person.”

If you look in Ballentine’s Law Dictionary, a human being is defined as a “monster.” Why? Because a monster has no inheritable blood and cannot be heir to any land. By accepting the status of a “person” or a “citizen,” you are telling the system you are a corporate fiction: a “strawman.”

THE GHOST IN THE MACHINE: YOUR LEGAL FICTION

The “Person” listed on your Birth Certificate: the one in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS: is not you. It is a corporate entity, a “Strawman.” When you go to court, the judge isn’t talking to the living man or woman; he is talking to the fiction.

EXITING THE MATRIX: BECOMING THE TRUSTEE

You cannot fight a corporation using their rules. You have to move into the Private Sector. You have to stop acting as the “Debtor” and start acting as the Secured Party Creditor and the Trustee.

A Trustee doesn’t own anything: they control everything. When you operate in the private, you are no longer a “monster” in the eyes of the law. You are a sovereign entity with standing.
