In the corporate matrix, if you don’t have a trust or a corporate identity, you’re just a battery: and the system is looking for a recharge.

Today, we are diving deep into the secret behind corporate personhood and the Strawman. This is how you turn your legal name into a business, reclaim your authority, and start stacking wealth in the private sector.

THE STRAWMAN: WHY YOUR NAME IS IN ALL CAPS

Have you ever looked at your Driver’s License, Social Security card, or a utility bill? Your name is always written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. This isn’t a stylistic choice. In the world of law, this is known as Capitis Diminutio Maxima. It represents a loss of status.

The “JOHN DOE” on your ID isn’t you. It’s a corporate entity: a Strawman: created by the government to bridge the gap between a living, breathing human and a bankrupt federal corporation. The government cannot contract with a living person; it can only contract with other corporations. So, they created a corporate version of you.

THE GOVERNMENT IS A CORPORATION

According to 28 USC 3002, the United States is officially a Federal Corporation. It’s a business. It has “customers” (you), it has debt, and it has contracts. If the government is a corporation, it is a fictitious entity. It should have no natural rights or powers over a living being.

Yet, most people volunteer into this jurisdiction every day because they don’t know any better. To even the playing field, you must do exactly what they did: Become a Corporation.

If the system sees corporations as “people” with more rights and protections than actual citizens, then common sense tells you to become a corporation. This is the thought hidden in plain sight. The elite don’t own assets in their personal names; they control them through corporate entities.

TAKE BACK THE STRAWMAN

This is your way of taking back the Strawman. Instead of the government owning and controlling your “LEGAL NAME,” you register that name as a private business identity.

When you establish that business identity, you are creating a separate legal entity that functions as you in the commercial world, but with all the protections of a business.

• Separation: You keep yourself separate from lawsuits.
• Privacy: You own nothing but control everything.
• Asset Protection: You become judgment-proof.
• Credit: You build a brand-new credit profile that isn’t tied to your SSN debt.

THE 1099 ADVANTAGE: STOP BEING AN EMPLOYEE

The biggest trap in the matrix is the W2. When you work as a W2 employee, you are taxed before you even see your money. You are a “Sole Proprietor” by default, which is the worst tax bracket in existence.

Wealthy individuals use their “Personal Names” as Corporations. They demand to be paid via 1099 to that business entity.

The Math of Freedom:

1. W2 Income: You get paid -> Taxes taken out -> You spend what’s left.
2. 1099 Income: Your Corp gets paid -> You spend on “business expenses” (housing, travel, food, tech) -> You are taxed only on the small amount of profit left over.

By using that structure, your entire lifestyle becomes a tax-deductible mission. Your car is a “company vehicle.” Your home is “corporate headquarters.” Your dinner is a “business meeting.”

THE CLEAN SLATE: NEW CREDIT IDENTITY

One of the most powerful uses of this structure is repairing a bad background or credit history. Most people think their credit is tied to their soul. It’s not. It’s tied to a number (SSN) that was issued to a Strawman you never agreed to manage.

When you register your name as a Corporation and get a new EIN (Employer Identification Number), you are creating a fresh start.

• New Identity: This EIN is not connected to your personal SSN.
• New Credit: You can build $100k+ in business credit using the EIN.
• New Banking: Open accounts that prying eyes can’t see.

If you have a “felony” or “bad credit” on your personal record, that belongs to the old identity. Your corporation is a “legal person” with a clean record. It has never committed a crime, and it has never missed a payment.

STEP-BY-STEP: HOW TO ESTABLISH YOUR CORPORATE IDENTITY

Establishing this structure isn’t magic; it’s paperwork. You need to move with precision to ensure the “links” to your old identity are severed correctly.

STEP 1: REGISTER WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE

Visit your Secretary of State website. You are going to register your name (First, Middle, Last) as a Corporation. If “John Doe” is taken, use “John B. Doe” or “John Bud Doe.” You want to ensure the name you register is the name you use to sign documents.

STEP 2: GET YOUR EIN

Once your Articles of Incorporation are filed, go to the IRS website and apply for an EIN.

• Entity Type: Choose “Corporation.”
• Reason: Starting a new business.
• Owner: You (or your Trust) will be the officer.

Now, you have a “Legal Person” that can open bank accounts, apply for credit, and sign contracts: all without using your SSN.

RECLAIMING YOUR AUTHORITY

The bottom line is this: The system is designed to keep “Citizens” in debt and “Corporations” in profit. If you want to be in profit, you must change your status.

Stop signing documents as the “accommodation party” for a government-owned Strawman. Sign as the President of your corporation. When a judge or a debt collector looks at your paperwork, they need to see a corporate entity that understands jurisdiction, not a confused citizen begging for mercy.
