[HERO] IRS Form Hacks: How to Protect Natural & Tribal Rights & Claim Your Tax Exemptions

Rich Risings Royal Family! 👑

Welcome to the frequency of abundance. Today, we are diving deep into the paperwork that separates the debt slaves from the sovereigns. Prosperity is your Divine Birthright, but you will never see it as long as you are “volunteering” your energy into a system designed to harvest it.

Most people think taxes are a law of nature. They aren’t. They are based on private insurance contracts that you likely signed without understanding the fine print. If you want to live in your private life, you have to know how to rebuke these contracts using the very forms the system provides.

THE TRUTH ABOUT FICA AND FUTA: IT’S ALL INSURANCE

Stop calling them taxes. Let’s look at the language.

  • FICA: Federal Insurance Contributions Act.
  • FUTA: Federal Unemployment Tax Act.

The keyword is Insurance. In any other area of your life, insurance is a private contract. You choose to buy car insurance. You choose to buy life insurance. Why is “social” insurance any different? It isn’t. The only difference is that the government assumes you are a “volunteer” the moment you use that nine-digit number.

When you work a job in the public sector, your employer withholds these amounts because they assume you are an “insured person.” You are paying for a benefit you might never see, based on a contract you never negotiated. To step out of this, you must establish yourself in the private sector and file the correct exemptions.

FORM 4029: THE RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION SHIELD

If you are part of a religious group that takes care of its own, the old, the infirm, and the youth, you have a legal right to opt out of the public Social Security system. This is what the Amish and other groups have used for decades.

IRS Form 4029 is the “Application for Exemption From Social Security and Medicare Taxes and Waiver of Benefits.”

When you file this form, you are certifying a few things:

  1. You are conscientiously opposed to accepting benefits of any public or private insurance that makes payments in the event of death, disability, old age, or retirement.
  2. Your religious group has a long-standing practice of providing for its members.

This is about Dominion. If your village or tribe takes care of its elders, why are you paying the federal government to do it? By filing Form 4029, you are telling the IRS: “I don’t need your insurance because I am covered by my own private religious order.”

FORM 4361: THE MINISTER’S PATH TO FREEDOM

For those walking the path of the minister, the priest, or the rabbi, there is Form 4361. This is the “Application for Exemption From Self-Employment Tax for Use by Ministers, Members of Religious Orders and Christian Science Practitioners.”

Many of you are operating as “self-employed” and getting crushed by self-employment taxes. But if your work is ministerial in nature and you are conscientiously opposed to public insurance, you can apply for an exemption.

This isn’t just about “saving money.” It’s about Jurisdiction. Are you a servant of the state, or a servant of the Most High? You cannot serve two masters. Form 4361 allows you to legally stop “contributing” to a system that contradicts your religious beliefs regarding commercial insurance.

THE NON-PROFIT STRATEGY: FORM 990 & THE 508(C)(1)(A)

When you establish a private religious order or a non-profit under Section 508(c)(1)(a), you are operating in a space that is “tax-exempt” by birth. Unlike a 501(c)(3), you don’t have to ask for permission to exist. You are mandatory exempt.

However, moving funds and receiving credits often requires you to assess the tax. This is where Form 990 comes in.

  • Assessment: You use these forms to show the IRS your mission and your “significant activities.”
  • Credits: In some cases, you have to assess a tax in order to claim the credits you are owed.
  • Operating as 508(c)(1)(a): When you fill out these documents, you describe your mission as a private religious order. This keeps your business in the private sector while still utilizing the tools of the public to move and protect wealth.

CLAIMING YOUR NATURAL & TRIBAL RIGHTS & STATUS

One of the most powerful “hacks” for protecting your estate is connecting your name to a recognized tribe. Whether it’s a federally recognized tribe or a state-recognized one, your natural & tribal rights status changes the game.

In states like Georgia, you have tribes like the Cherokee and the Lower Muskogee Creek. In Maryland, you have the Piscataway.

When you are an enrolled member of a tribe, your income, especially if earned on tribal land or through tribal activities, can be exempt from many state and federal taxes. But it’s not enough to just “be” tribal. You have to connect your legal person (the NAME) to that status in the system’s records.

TRIBAL BENEFITS INCLUDE:

  • Exemptions from FUTA (Federal Unemployment Tax Act).
  • State income tax exemptions in specific jurisdictions.
  • Protection of real estate through tribal land status.

If you don’t have a tribe, you create your own village. You establish your own schoolhouse. You educate your own children. As long as you do not consume a service or product that public taxes help pay for, you have a much stronger claim to stay exempt.

EXEMPTIONS ARE NOT AUTOMATIC

The most important thing to remember is that the government will never tap you on the shoulder and say, “Hey, you don’t have to pay this.” Exemptions are not automatic.

You have to file the paperwork. You have to rebuking the statements. You have to prove that you are not “volunteering” for their programs. If you are taking government benefits, government aid, or using public programs, you are a “consumer” of their service, and they will tax you for it.

The path to the private life requires you to:

  1. Stop Volunteering: Stop asking for public help and start building private systems.
  2. File Correctively: Use Forms 4029 and 4361 to put the IRS on notice.
  3. Establish a Private Business: Use the 508(c)(1)(a) structure to move your wealth outside the corporate matrix.

JOIN THE CIRCLE

You don’t have to do this alone. The system is designed to be confusing so that you give up and just pay the tax. But when you have a community of like-minded kings and queens who have already beaten evictions, corrected their tax status, and reclaimed their natural & tribal rights, the process becomes simple.

The Skool Community at DKs private business circle is where we break down these forms in real-time. We show you the actual 68-page tax returns for non-profits. We show you the certificates of election and coverage. We show you how to move funds without being flagged as an “alter ego” of the state.
