Welcome to the deep dive. If you’ve been following the journey at Don Kilam International, you know we don’t play on the surface. We go straight to the root. Today, we are pulling back the curtain on the greatest theater production in human history: the American Court System.

Most people walk into a courtroom feeling small, intimidated by the high benches and the black robes. What they don’t realize is that they are walking into a corporate administrative office, not a constitutional court of law. You are entering a world of securitization of debt and hidden trusts where your signature is the gold they are mining.

THE ONLY CONSTITUTIONAL COURT IN AMERICA

Let’s set the record straight: The only Constitutional Court currently operating in America is the International Court of Trades. Why? Because no foreign nation or government would trade with the corporate “United States” until a venue was provided to enforce trade agreements.

Historically, the World Court was supposed to be that venue. However, the Corporate United States refused to participate because they couldn’t control the outcome. They wanted a system where they held the gavel. Every other court you see, the district courts, the county courts, the “superior” courts, are pseudo-courts. They are fictions. They are corporate administrative offices designed to look like courts, and the judges are executive administrators designed to look like judicial officers.

THE LAW OF THE SEA: WHY YOU ARE “UNDER WATER”

Why does every courtroom have a gold-fringed flag? Why is the language so confusing? It’s because you aren’t on land. You are “at sea.”

The purpose of these pseudo-corporate courts is strictly to settle contract disputes. Since George Washington’s government was military in structure, these courts operate under Admiralty Law, the International Law of the Sea. If you don’t consent to the contract, the dispute is “dead in the water.”

Look at the Washington Monument. Completed in 1884, this obelisk is a sea-level marker. It infers that all of America is geographically and legally “under water.” This places the entire continent under the jurisdiction of Admiralty, contrary to the Constitutional Civilian Government under Common Law. When you walk into a court, you are a “vessel” docked at their “bay.” This is why understanding your status as a Trustee is the only way to stay afloat.

THE SECRET BANK ACCOUNT: YOUR CESTI QUE TRUST

Here is the secret the elite don’t want you to know: You are a multi-millionaire.

When you were born, a Birth Certificate was created. That document, and your Social Security application, was converted into a government security. It was assigned a CUSIP NUMBER, grouped into lots, and sold as a Mutual Fund Investment. The profits from these investments are moved into a CESTI QUE TRUST (also known as a Cestui Que Trust).

This trust is designed to pay all your debts. Your mortgage, your utilities, your “loans”, they’ve already been paid by the trust. But the system relies on your “stupidity” (their word, not mine) to keep you paying a second time. This is called “double-dipping.”

Practical Hack: Next time you get a utility statement, don’t just pay it. Ask them for a TRUE BILL. A statement shows what was paid; a True Bill represents what is actually due. Since the Trust likely already covered it, they’ll have a hard time producing a True Bill.

CRIMINAL LAW IS A FICTION: IT’S ALL CONTRACTS

There are no “Criminal Laws” in America. A corporation cannot have sovereign power over a living, flesh-and-blood man or woman. A corporation is a fiction; it cannot dictate the morality of a Sovereign.

What we have are Criminal Contracts surreptitiously called “Statutes.” They obtain your consent through Tacit Procuration. If they accuse you and you remain silent, or if you fail to protest, your silence is considered an admission of guilt.

When a police officer prints your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, they aren’t talking to you. They are arresting the Birth Certificate, the corporate fiction. They hope you are intimidated enough to “accept responsibility” for that ALL CAPS NAME.

HOW TO FLIP THE SCRIPT IN COURT

If you find yourself in an arraignment, the Judge will ask if you are “[NAME IN ALL CAPS].” Do not say yes. That is the trap. Instead, make a Special Limited Appearance.

1. Hold up your Birth Certificate.
2. State: “I am making a Special Limited Appearance on behalf of the defendant, who is right here (the Birth Certificate). As I understand it, the Prosecutor has leveled a charge against the Trust. The Clerk is the Administrator, you (the Judge) are the Trustee, and since I am the Beneficiary, I instruct you to discharge this matter with prejudice.”

A Judge has NO powers without the consent of both the Plaintiff and the Defendant. They must establish Personam and Subject Matter Jurisdiction before they can touch the Cesti Que Trust. If you act with confidence and know your status, they have to back down.

THE POWER OF THE NOTARY: YOUR PRIVATE ALLY

Many people overlook the power of the Notary Public. A Notary is actually a Deputy Secretary of State. They are more powerful than the Court Clerk.

If you receive a citation or a summons, you have three business days to cancel that contract. This is part of the Secured Transactions Act logic. Write across the citation: “I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS OFFER TO CONTRACT” and “I DO NOT CONSENT TO THESE PROCEEDINGS.”

Sign it in blue or purple ink (royalty/sovereignty) and have it notarized. Under your signature, write “Without prejudice, UCC 1-308.” This invokes your right to not be bound by any contract you didn’t enter knowingly and intentionally. Send it back via Certified Mail. This kills the citation and removes the court’s jurisdiction instantly.

THE BANKRUPTCY HACK: FUNDING YOUR FREEDOM

If you are facing foreclosure or massive debt, the Bankruptcy court: while still a pseudo-court: can be used to your advantage.

When you fill out your bankruptcy forms (B-1 through B-8), list your Birth Certificate and its CUSIP Number as an asset. You can find your CUSIP number through Fidelity Investments or with the help of a stockbroker. You will discover that your “strawman” is worth millions.

By listing this, the Bankruptcy Judge must appoint a Lawyer Trustee to dissolve the Mutual Fund Investment to pay your debts. Once the debts are cleared, the balance must be paid to YOU, the living man. This process often scares the Department of Justice because they don’t want the secret of the Cesti Que Trust getting out to the masses.

The system is built on smoke and mirrors. They want you in fear because fear makes you easy to manage. But once you realize that you are the Sovereign and they are the servants, the game changes.
