The majority of people walking into a courtroom today have no idea that they are stepping into a theater. They think the judge is there to hear “the law,” but the reality is far more sinister. Currently, 99% of the world is living in a state of standardized slavery. This was not a mistake; it was a transition of the business model.

THE EMANCIPATION PROCLAMATION: THE STANDARDIZATION OF SLAVERY

Most people celebrate 1863 as the year of “freedom.” But if you look in a Law Dictionary, you will find that a Proclamation is not a Law. It is a public announcement by elected officials. It has no power to set anyone free.

What the Emancipation Proclamation actually did was standardize slavery. The United States became the model for reducing people from their sovereign capacity and forcing them into “Nation States.” Once you are joined to a Nation State, they can issue Statutes, Codes, Ordinances, and Resolutions over you.

• STATUTES: These are not laws. They are corporate policy for the corporation (e.g., The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Incorporated).
• CODES: The United States Codes are simply codes of a municipality.
• ORDINANCES: These are rules for a private non-profit corporation, like the City of Philadelphia.

If you are acting as a “Citizen” or a “Resident,” you are admitting you are a member of their corporate ward state. You are a SLAVE by contract.

THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE: THE CONTRACT OF OWNERSHIP

How did you get into this mess? It started with a piece of paper. The Birth Certificate is a contract. As long as that contract is on record with the state, you belong to them. You are a corporate ward.

Every form you fill out: a driver’s license, a social security application, even a voter registration form: is a CONTRACT. Every time you put your signature on their paper, you are reinforcing your status as a minor and a ward of the state.

THE COURTROOM TRINITY: STATUS, JURISDICTION, ADJUDICATION

When you walk into a courtroom, the issues of law are three-fold. If you don’t master these, the Courtroom Magic will swallow you whole.

1. STATUS

The court assumes you are a Ward of the State (a minor) who doesn’t know any better. This is why they try to get you to go PRO SE. In their language, Pro Se means you are representing yourself as a corporate ward.

The goal is to move SUI JURIS. When you are in your proper person, the prosecutor cannot even speak to you because they have no standing. You must place your status on the record immediately. Are you a U.S. Citizen (a slave) or a Sovereign of the Moorish Empire?

2. JURISDICTION

Jurisdiction is the authority the court claims over the matter and the person. But here is the secret: to have jurisdiction, they must first prove status.

If the judge, the prosecutor, and the “Bar Association” members cannot prove their nationality or their license to practice law (which they don’t have), they have no jurisdiction. The BAR is a private non-profit corporation. They are registration numbers, not licenses.

3. ADJUDICATION

Adjudication is the final step where they seize your assets or your person. This is a MONEY-MAKING BUSINESS. They don’t care about “guilt” or “innocence.” They care about the Ten Rules of Commerce and how much they can extract from your Strawman identity.

THE LANGUAGE OF SILENCE AND THE TREATY OF 1787

One of the most powerful tools in a courtroom is the Language of Silence. Once you have placed your status on the record and challenged their jurisdiction, STAND MUTE.

They will try to bait you. They will threaten you. They will open “windows” for you to walk through. I once had a judge threaten to send armed officers after me, while the prosecutor slid me a blank piece of paper to sign. Because I know how to sign contracts without being obligated to them, I signed that blank paper and walked out. I never heard from them again.

The true Law of the Land is the Treaty of Peace and Friendship 1787. This treaty supersedes their corporate statutes. It is the oldest unbroken treaty in the world, and it protects those who know how to invoke it.
