Welcome to the deep dive. Most people walk through life thinking they are free, thinking they own their homes, their bodies, and their children. But when you look at the paper trail of history: the actual trust deeds that govern the global financial and legal system: a very different story emerges.

We are talking about a 700-year-old secret. We are talking about the Unam Sanctam, the Three Crowns, and the creation of the Cestui Que Vie Trust. If you want to understand why you feel like a “subject” or a “debtor” in your own life, you have to understand the trust that was created without your knowledge.

It is time to move from being a ward of the state to a Sovereign Trustee.

UNAM SANCTAM: THE FIRST EXPRESS TRUST OF THE WORLD (1302)

In 1302, Pope Boniface VIII issued the infamous Papal Bull Unam Sanctam. This is one of the most frightening documents in human history because it is an express trust deed. The last line of this document reads:

> “Furthermore, we declare, we proclaim, we define that it is absolutely necessary for salvation that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff.”

This wasn’t just a religious statement. It was a legal claim. It was the first trust deed in history and the largest trust ever conceived. It claimed the entire planet and everything on it, including you, as property conveyed in trust.

THE TRIPLE CROWN OF BA’AL AND THE PINEAL GLAND

To celebrate this claim of being “King of the World,” Boniface VIII commissioned a gold-plated headdress in the shape of a pinecone. This is known as the Papal Tiara or Triregnum.

Why a pinecone? The pinecone is an ancient symbol of the pineal gland: the crystalline structure in the center of our brains that allows us access to Source. There is a 13-foot tall pinecone statue in the Vatican Square. They know the power of the pineal gland, and by claiming authority over your “salvation,” they are claiming authority over your connection to the Divine.

THE THREE CROWNS: LAND, BODY, AND SOUL

The Vatican didn’t stop at one claim. They built a three-layered system of control through three specific Papal Bulls, creating three separate trusts that affect you today.

1. THE 1ST CROWN: ROMANUS PONTIFEX (1455) – REAL PROPERTY

In 1455, Pope Nicholas V issued Romanus Pontifex. This created a Testamentary Trust (a Deceased Estate). It conveyed the right of use of all land as “Real Property” to the control of the Pontiff. This is where the concept of “Crown Land” comes from.

When you “buy” real estate today, you aren’t getting the Allodial Title. You are getting a “deed” which is just a right of use. This first crown is represented by the first Cestui Que Vie Trust created at your birth, which deprives you of all beneficial entitlements to the land.

2. THE 2ND CROWN: AETERNI REGIS (1481) – PERSONAL PROPERTY

In 1481, Pope Sixtus IV issued Aeterni Regis (the “Eternal Crown”). This bull claimed ownership over your physical body. This is the crown of the “Commonwealth.”

This second crown is linked to your Birth Certificate. Your birth certificate is treated as a Bond and sold to the private central bank of the nation. It condemns you to perpetual servitude as a “Roman person” or a slave. You are treated as chattel, and your labor is the collateral for the national debt.

3. THE 3RD CROWN: CONVOCATION (1537) – THE SOUL

The final blow came in 1537 with Pope Paul III. This bull created a trust for the claiming of all “lost souls.” When a child is baptized, the parents unknowingly grant the Baptismal Certificate: the title to the soul: to the Church.

Without legal title over your own soul, you are denied legal standing in their courts. You are treated as “cargo without a soul,” which allows the BAR (British Accreditation Regency) to enforce Maritime Law upon you.

THE CESTUI QUE VIE ACT: LOST AT SEA

The legal magic that holds this together is the Cestui Que Vie Act of 1666. This act was updated during the Great Plague and Fire of London. It states that if a person is “lost or abandoned at sea” and cannot be found for seven years, they are presumed dead in the eyes of the law.

When your birth is registered, you are “delivered” into the “maternity ward” (a ward of the state). You are viewed as a vessel lost at sea. Because you never show up to court as a living man or woman to claim your estate, the state presumes you are dead. They then create a Cestui Que Vie Trust to manage your affairs.

The judge in the courtroom isn’t just a public servant; the judge is the Trustee of your estate. They are administering your property because you have been declared “incompetent” or “dead.”

THE ANATOMY OF THE BIRTH REGISTRATION PROCESS

Let’s look at the commercial reality of your birth. In Admiralty Law, vessels are documented by registration.

1. THE PORT OF ENTRY: The hospital is the port.
2. THE DELIVERY: You are the “res” (the substance) delivered to the state.
3. THE WAREHOUSE RECEIPT: The Certificate of Live Birth (all CAPS name) is a warehouse receipt for cargo under transportation.
4. THE BOND: The state takes your future labor, places a value on it based on actuarial estimates, and issues a Bond against it. This bond is funded through the IMF.

The “legal name” in all capital letters is not you. It is a corporate entity: a vessel: owned by the state. When you identify as that name, you are accepting the role of the debtor and the servant.

THE SS-5 FLIP: HOW YOU BECAME THE FIDUCIARY

Up until you reached the age of majority, the Secretary of State acted as the fiduciary trustee for your trust. They were responsible for the “ward.” However, when you filled out the SS-5 Application for a Social Security Card, the duty flipped.

By signing that form, you unknowingly accepted the role of Fiduciary Trustee. You became responsible for the debts and obligations of the trust. You became an “enemy” doing business under a license (the SSN) in a territory occupied by military forces (the federal zone).

THE REAL POWER OF THE JUDGE

Why does a judge have so much discretion? Because under Roman Law, a Trustee has wide latitude. If you appear in court as the Beneficiary, you have no power. The judge is acting as the Trustee or Executor.

They use “high sorcery” and legalese to get your implied or tacit consent. They are looking for you to admit you are the “person” (the dead thing) so they can “salvage” the property.

To win, you must understand your status. You must stop being the “ghost” or the “cargo” and start acting as the Sovereign Trustee of your own life.
