Most people walk into a courtroom thinking they are entering a place of “justice” and “law.” They think the facts matter. They think the truth will set them free. But if you’ve been paying attention to the Sunday School lessons with Don Kilam, you know the truth is much deeper, and much darker, than what they taught you in civics class.

The modern courtroom is not a hall of justice; it is a Synagogue of Baal. It is a temple designed for ritual sacrifice, operating under ancient Babylonian law, and enforced through “color of law.” If you don’t understand the theater, you are the lead actor in a tragedy where the ending is already written.

It’s time to stop being a “ward of the court” and start acting like the Heir Elect you were born to be.

THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE TEMPLE: UNDERSTANDING THE RITUAL

When you step into a courtroom, you aren’t just entering a building; you are stepping into a religious sanctuary. Look at the layout. Everything is symbolic.

• THE BENCH: This is the Altar. It is where the offerings are made.
• THE BAR: This is the Veil. In ancient temples, the veil separated the “profane” (the public) from the “sacred” (the priesthood). When you pass through that gate, you are entering their jurisdiction. You are volunteering to be a sacrifice.
• THE BLACK ROBE: The judge is not a legal expert in the way you think. The judge is a Master Administrator, a magician, and a High Priest. In Latin, they are often referred to as Vicarius Dei, a substitute for a deity.

This is black magic in broad daylight. They use words to “spell” out your fate. If you don’t know how to break the spell, you are going to pay the tribute.

THE “ATTORNEY” TRAP: WHY HIRING ONE IS A LEGAL SUICIDE

The word “Attorney” comes from the term “attorn,” which means to twist or to turn. Their job is to turn you over from the land jurisdiction (common law/natural law) into the sea jurisdiction (Roman Civil Law and Canon Law).

WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER HIRE AN ATTORNEY:

1. OFFICER OF THE COURT FIRST: An attorney’s primary duty is to the court, not to you. If your interests conflict with the court’s interests, you lose every time.
2. WARD OF THE COURT: The moment you hire an attorney, you are legally classified as a “Ward of the Court.” By definition, a ward is an “infant” or a “person of unsound mind.” You are telling the judge, “I am too stupid to handle my own affairs, please let this officer of the court manage my life.”
3. THE MEDIATOR: They are the Vicarius Filie Dei: the substitute for the son of the deity. They act as the mediator between you (the sacrifice) and the high priest (the judge).

If you hire a “licensed” attorney, you have already volunteered for the slaughter. You are paying for your own executioner.

STRATEGIC COMBAT: MASTERING THE PLEA

Most people think there are only two options: “Guilty” or “Not Guilty.” This is the first mistake. “Plea” means “to beg.” If you enter a plea of “Not Guilty,” you have entered into a controversy.

In these colorable courts, they thrive on controversy. If there is no controversy, they have no jurisdiction.

DON’T PROVE A NEGATIVE

“Not Guilty” is a negative. It is logically impossible to prove a negative. When you plead not guilty, you are asking the court to enter a long, drawn-out process where you are the underdog.

THE POWERFUL ALTERNATIVES:

• PLEA OF INNOCENCE: This is a positive plea. It is something that can be proven.
• NEGATIVE PLEA UNDER GENERAL TRAVERSE: This is a procedural move that challenges the very right of the court to hear the case.
• PLEAD GUILTY TO THE FACTS, BUT NOT THE CRIME: You can acknowledge the “facts” (I was traveling in the car) without acknowledging the “crime” (the statutory violation). This separates the man from the fiction.

Pro-Tip: Always answer a question with a question. The Master asks the questions; the slave provides the answers. If the judge asks, “Do you understand the charges?” your answer should be, “I don’t understand the nature and cause of these proceedings. Can you clarify the jurisdiction?”

THE 11TH AMENDMENT SECRET: THE JUDICIAL DISAPPEARING ACT

Here is the bombshell most “lawyers” don’t even know: There have been no judicial courts in America since 1789.

Under the 11th Amendment (ratified in 1795), judicial power was removed from the inferior courts. Modern “judges” are not exercising judicial power; they are Executive Administrators. They are enforcing statutes and codes, which are corporate bylaws, not actual laws.

They are running an administrative hearing to see how much “tribute” (money/time) they can extract from your corporate strawman. Since the 11th Amendment makes a “foreign state” separation, you have Foreign Sovereign Immunity if you know how to claim it.

You are a child of the Most High. You are the Heir Elect. To claim you are a “sovereign” is to claim you are a deity: which gives them the right to challenge your status. But to claim you are the Heir to the sovereign means you have an inheritance they cannot touch.

THE SOLUTION: SECURING THE TRANSMITTING UTILITY

To win in the Courts of Baal, you have to stop appearing as the “Defendant.” The Defendant is a corporate fiction: your name in ALL CAPS. That name is a Transmitting Utility.

You need to secure that name by making it an  LLC and create your very own Private Agreements. This puts you in the position of the Secured Party/Trustee rather than the debtor.

HOW TO TAKE CONTROL NOW:

1. ESTABLISH A PRIVATE FAMILY TRUST: This is your foundation. Everything you “own” should be held in the trust.
2. MAKE YOUR NAME A BUSINESS: Record the trust interest in the corporate fiction (the NAME).
3. STOP VOLUNTEERING INFO: Neither the court nor the state has the right to your military, educational, or family background. Stop feeding the beast.
4. DEMONSTRATE THE LACK OF LICENSE: Demand to see the “license to practice law” for the prosecutor and the judge. Spoiler alert: They don’t have one. They have “Bar Cards,” which are membership cards to a private fraternity (the British Accredited Registry).

The system is designed to keep you in fear, but fear is just a lack of information. Once you comprehend the “Beast,” it loses its power over you. You are not a ward, you are not a slave, and you are definitely not a person of “unsound mind.”
