There is a lot of noise out there. There are a lot of “fake gurus” getting paid to tell you to authenticate a birth certificate to make it “more real.”

If you understand anything about commerce: and we are always in commerce: you’ll understand the difference between shares and certificates. You’ll understand why trying to “perfect” a document created by the state is a fool’s errand. You cannot control what you did not create.

THE LAW OF CREATION: YOU ONLY CONTROL WHAT YOU ORIGINATE

The fundamental law of the universe and the law of commerce is simple: You can only control that which you create.

Think about the birth certificate for a second. Did you design the border? Did you choose the security paper? Did you create the official seal of the county? No. The state created those forms. They created the artwork. They created the structure of the public trust. Because they created it, they own it, and they control it.

When you spend your time and energy trying to “authenticate” or “apostille” a birth certificate in hopes of gaining some magical sovereignty, you are essentially asking the parent to tell you that their child is real. The birth certificate is already authenticated the moment it receives that raised seal from the county. It is a certified copy of a state record. You have never held the original, and you never will, because you didn’t create it.

THE AUTHENTICATION MYTH AND THE FAKE GURUS

Authenticate = to prove something is genuine.
Authentication = the process of proving it’s genuine (usually by verifying a seal, a signature, or an officer’s authority).

Here’s the key: when you authenticate a signature, you are proving the signature is real. That means you are strengthening the legal presumption that the underlying paper is valid and belongs in that system.

So when you run around trying to “authenticate” your birth certificate like it’s a power move, what are you actually doing?

You are proving the state’s document is real.
You are validating the “slave document” framework.
You are acting like a beneficiary of the Cestui Que Trust setup.
And when you accept the position of beneficiary in their structure, you’re consenting to them acting as trustee over you—meaning more control over your life, not less.

Now the part the gurus won’t tell you:

By Law, Certification Is Authentication.
That raised county seal and certification statement already exist for one reason: to authenticate the record. A certified copy is already authenticated at the county level. You don’t “make it more real” by chasing extra stamps—you just build a longer chain of proof that you’re in their trust system.

Bottom line: Stop authenticating the state’s paper to “escape” the state.
If you want control, create your own record in the private sector.

THE REGISTRATION TRAP: GIVING UP YOUR TITLE

Most people don’t realize that the act of registration is an act of surrender. In commerce, all movement is based on Title. When you register a car, you give up the Title to the state and they give you a “Certificate of Title.” That certificate is just a share of the value; they keep the actual ownership.

The same thing happens with your children. When you register a birth, you are effectively transferring Title to the state. This is why the state feels they have the authority to tell you how to raise your kids or what medical procedures they need. You gave up the Title the moment you signed that registration form.

PRIVATE SECTOR ALTERNATIVES: CREATING YOUR OWN RECORD

Private families do not use public documents. We use alternatives that we create ourselves. Because we create them, we control them. These are lawful, legal, and recognized in the private sector. If you are staying out of the system and not acting as part of the “United States Corporation,” you need to be using:

1. Patents of Nativity: This is your tribal language. This is your private record of coming onto the land.
2. Baby Land Deeds: A document that recognizes the child’s arrival as a biological fact on the earth, not a corporate registration.
3. Family Bibles: Historically, the Family Bible was the primary legal record of births, deaths, and marriages. It holds more weight in a private setting than a state-issued copy.
4. Affidavits of Birth: A sworn statement by those who witnessed the event. This is original testimony, not a secondary record.

THE ONLY EXCEPTION: TRAVEL TO NON-HAGUE COUNTRIES

There is only one practical reason you would ever need to have a state birth certificate authenticated by the U.S. Department of State: International Travel. Specifically, if you are traveling to or doing business in a country that is not a member of the Hague Convention.

In these cases, the foreign government requires a chain of authentication to prove the document is legitimate by their standards. If you are heading to any of the following countries, you will need that authentication:

• Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Chad, China, Congo Democratic, Congo Republic, Cote d’Ivoire, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Paraguay, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Singapore, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo.

Unless you are dealing with one of these specific jurisdictions, stop wasting your time trying to “perfect” the state’s paperwork.

10 PRINCIPLES FOR REFLECTION

To truly understand your position in commerce and the private sector, you must meditate on these ten principles:

1. You can only control that which you create. (You created the child; the state created the form).
2. You cannot control that which you did not create. (The state has no inherent control over the child unless you give it to them).
3. All of commerce is based on Title. (Birth certificates, MSOs, and copyrights are all Title documents).
4. The only true Title to anything is the MSO. (Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin. Refer to Genesis 1:1: the Creator holds the first Title).
5. When you register anything anywhere, you give up Title. (This applies to your car, your child, and even your vote).
6. There is no Money. (There is no spoon. There is only credit in circulation: Public and Private).
7. There is no involuntary servitude. (Think of the Amistad or the story of Joseph. You are only a slave if you consent to the contracts).
8. First in line is first in time. (The first record established: the private record: holds priority over the later public registration).
9. Do not interfere with commerce. (Know the rules so you can move smoothly without friction).
10. Allow nothing to come between you and your Creator. (Eliminate the “paganism” of state worship and corporate idolatry).

STOP BEING A FOLLOWER, START BEING A LEADER
