Listen up. We live in a world of fictions, scripts, and debt traps designed to keep you tethered to a system that doesn’t own you, unless you consent to it. I get asked all the time: “Don, what would you do if the system finally tried to corner you? What if you were facing a sentencing hearing or a requirement to report tomorrow morning?” 👑

If it were me, I wouldn’t be panicking. I wouldn’t be begging. I’d be stepping into my private power. Most people are drowning in plain sight because they don’t realize they are the ones holding the life raft. If I were caught up at this late date, I would keep it simple, standing firm on my status as a living soul.

Here is the Manual for Freedom. This is exactly what I would do to terminate the kidnapping and reclaim my jurisdiction.

1. The Nuclear Option: Rescinding All Signatures ‘Nunc Pro Tunc’

The system runs on paper, and paper runs on your signature. Your signature is the “on-switch” for their jurisdiction. If I were facing the grim reaper in a black robe, my top priority would be rescinding every single signature I ever put on their slave documents. ✍️✨

I’m talking about a global rescission nunc pro tunc: which is a fancy way of saying “retroactive to the original date of signing.” I would wipe the slate clean as if I never gave them permission to move against me.

If it were me, I would issue a statement that looks like this:

> “I, Don Kilam, sovereign in fact, a living man on the land, do hereby rescind for cause of failure to disclose risks, perils, and responsibilities, all signatures executed in my natural and representative capacities without exception on any and all offers, documents, instruments and process issued to me or the legal fiction, DON KILAM… All such instruments are hereby accepted for value and returned for full credit.”

By doing this, the documents they are using to hold you: the appearance bonds, the motions, the probation agreements: no longer have relevance. You are withdrawing the “consent” that the entire maritime racket relies on.

2. Appointing Your Attorneys-in-Fact

I wouldn’t go into battle alone, but I certainly wouldn’t hire a BAR-registered attorney to “represent” me. To “re-present” someone means to take a living man and turn him back into a dead fiction for the court to consume. No thanks. ❌

Instead, I would give Power of Attorney to my intended attorneys-in-fact. These are trusted individuals who operate in the private, not the public. This is a core part of estate planning services that most people overlook until it’s too late. You need a team that understands private administrative remedy, not people who are officers of the very court trying to kidnap you.

3. Filing Liens Against the Debtors’ Bonds

This is where it gets fun. Every actor in that courtroom: the judge, the prosecutor, the clerk: is operating under a bond. They have a professional liability. If they step outside their delegated authority (which they do every day), they are personally liable. 💼💰

If I were in that position, I would finish all outstanding commercial processes, including filing liens against the bonds of these “debtors.” When you execute a lien against a public official’s bond, you are hitting them where it hurts: their ability to hold office and their personal treasury.

I’ve seen it happen time and again: people execute the lien, and suddenly, the “tough” actors disappear. They don’t like the heat. This is the ultimate level of business credit repair: you are literally repairing the fraudulent credit the system has claimed over your life.

4. Waiving the “Sugar”: Dissolving Adhesion Contracts

The United States corporate fiction offers you “benefits” and “privileges” to keep you in the trap. Driver’s licenses, Social Security, ZIP codes: these are all adhesion contracts.

If it were me, I would file a NOTICE OF WAIVER OF BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES. I’d tell them: “I ask nothing from you, and I give nothing to you. Keep your benefits; I’ll keep my rights.” 🚫🎁

I would file these notices with the Secretary General of the United Nations, the President, the Attorney General, and the FBI. You are putting the world on notice that you have dissolved the contracts. You are standing on your Right of Avoidance. This is a master-level move in asset protection strategies: if they don’t own the “person,” they can’t touch the assets of the man.

5. The Mindset: “I AM THE COURT”

The biggest mistake people make is walking into a building and thinking the man in the black robe is the “Court.” Wrong. 👑

I am the court. My court is “Our one supreme court,” held in the original jurisdiction under the Creator. This is not some “Constitutionalist” theory: the Constitution is just an interim technology. The real authority comes from the living man.

When I walk into a room, I don’t petition. I don’t “pray” to the court. (Have you lost your minds? Lawyers “pray” to a man in a robe? My mother would be ashamed!) I issue orders. My court is a superior jurisdiction. I don’t need a building or a gavel; my court is in my heart and my head. If I’m shackled to a table, my court is still in session, and it is superior to their fiction.

6. Confronting the Actor: “By What Authority?”

If I were facing a “judge,” I wouldn’t let him open his mouth. I would posture the question immediately: “By what authority do you come before me?” 🤨

A fiction cannot give an order to a living man. I would use the following script to shut down the drama:

• “By what authority does an actor in fiction presume to give an order to this court?”
• “Are you questioning my authority?”
• “One more word and I’ll hold you in contempt.”

I would treat the judge like an interloper. If he persists, I would move to enforcement. I’d order the marshal to arrest the “judge-in-fiction” or issue a warrant for the arrest of his bond. You have to be bold. You have to be cavalier. You have to look them in the eye and let them know that if they touch your life, the grand jury will be coming for their personal assets through irrevocable trust benefits they thought were safe.

7. The Bible as the Ultimate Public Record

If they ask who I am, I don’t give them a state-issued ID. I point to the Family Bible. 📖✨

The Bible is a public record of nativity. It contains the history of births, deaths, and christenings. It is the record of the living man. I would establish my status through a Nativity record: “On this day, a baby boy was born to the parents Don and Maria of the family Kilam, by the grace of Almighty Allah.”

This establishes your “standing” as a child of God, not a ward of the state. It’s the ultimate proof of status that no corporate court can overcome.

The Bottom Line: No Fear, Only Power

If I were facing the system tomorrow, I wouldn’t back down. I would be fair, I would be benevolent, but I would show zero fear. I would tell them: “I don’t care if you throw me in jail for the rest of my life: you’d better kill me, because the court is coming for your bonds, and you will never earn a living as a lawyer in fiction again.” 😤🔥

You have to realize that the system is a bluff. It’s a series of “offers” that you’ve been trained to accept. Once you stop accepting, the game changes.
