Let’s talk about “spectives.” Most citizens in America never take these different perspectives into account because they are too busy following the script. We are conditioned from birth to see ourselves a certain way, but the reality is that the government is operating on a completely different frequency.
The government seeks to earn money from taxes and other revenue streams from both Citizens and Businesses. Here is the kicker: they could care less which one you choose to identify yourself by, or which one you use to build credit. In fact, after interviewing several government agency employees, most of them have admitted that our government would actually prefer Citizens find ways to become businesses.
Why? Because the truth is hidden in plain sight. Most Americans do NOT know that as basic Citizens, we are not required to pay income taxes. Yet, from the mass confusion generated by the system, this voluntary act almost seems mandatory: just like the use of the Social Security Number.
THE TRUTH BEHIND THE STRAWMAN
For these reasons, the government has created what recent conspiracy theorists refer to as “The Strawman” to do business with each American. Have you ever noticed on your Driver’s License, SSN Card, and other government documents, your name is in all CAPITAL LETTERS?
This is their way of calling you a “Business/Corporation” instead of an average citizen. According to BusinessDictionary.com, one of the definitions of a Strawman is:
> “A Third-party set up to serve as a cover (to conceal the identity of the actual party) in accomplishing a shady deal or something not legally permitted.”
Think of it this way: Your “LEGAL NAME” is the name that the government uses to identify you. Unfortunately, after accepting these names as our identifiers, most of us have been conditioned to think that our “LEGAL NAMES” are actually who we are. In reality, our legal names are not who we are, because each of us is a man or a woman with a body made of flesh and blood.
YOU ARE NOT A NAME, YOU ARE A LIVING BEING
Names are not real, living, breathing people; they are symbols of things (non-beings). In legal terms, names are artificial persons which are corporations. In other words, your legal name represents the corporate name that is used by the government to identify you.
Why does the government do this? To start, we must understand and remember that the United States of America is not truly a nation alone, but a “Corporation” too. That’s right: the country you know as the USA is a Corporation! For the sake of “identification” and “use,” the powers that control the USA have made many believe they were not a Corporation and were not controlled by Corporations.
When you look into Capitis Diminutio Maxima, you start to see the legal trickery at play. This term refers to a maximum loss of status. When your name is in ALL CAPS, it signifies a corporate entity with limited rights. By accepting this identity without question, you are essentially agreeing to be treated as a corporate asset rather than a living being with unalienable rights.
THE SECRETS OF JURISDICTION
This is where it gets powerful. When you understand that your “LEGAL NAME” is a corporation, you understand how to navigate the court system. According to Black’s Law Dictionary 6th edition, a Corporation is “an artificial person” or “legal entity” created by or under the authority of the laws of a state.
If you go to court over a Lease, a Traffic Ticket, or any other Strawman activity, you can challenge their jurisdiction. You can tell the court: “You have no jurisdiction over me!”
Why? Because most Corporations must be tried in Civil Court. Even if you are being tried as a member of your Corporation, it must be distinguished and determined as such. I even know people who sign traffic tickets and other legal documents as their Corporations to avoid going to court. If done correctly, most Police Officers DO NOT know the difference. Under law, when a judge discovers this, tickets and other charges are often dismissed because of lack of jurisdiction. THE CELEBRITY MODEL: NAMES AS BUSINESSES
Think about the biggest names in the world:
- Michael Jordan
- Donald J. Trump
- Mike Tyson
- Versace
- Calvin Klein
- Michael Jackson
When you hear these names, you don’t know if they are talking about the Corporation or the Human Being. More than likely, if it has anything to do with their banking, credit, or advertisements, they are talking about their Corporation. These individuals have mastered the art of being the business. They use their name as a brand and a legal shield.
The Corporation/Business Is YOU! It is that simple. Just like everything else the top 1% wants to hide, it’s right in plain sight. For over a century, the secrets to financial and legal freedom in America have been available to those who know how to read the fine print.
HOW TO BUILD BUSINESS CREDIT FAST AND CLAIM YOUR POWER
Now, as you are thinking about making your trade name and to “use it” for “identification” to obtain new credit or get a new bank account, remember that the main hurdle is mental. People think it doesn’t establish new identification for them personally. But here is the secret: It can be used to build “Business Identification and Credit” because YOU are the business.
If you want to learn how to build business credit fast, you have to stop acting like a “citizen” and start acting like a “trustee.” Understanding how to become a trustee of your own corporate entity allows you to manage the Strawman rather than being managed by it. This is closely tied to the Secured Transactions Act and the UCC filings that allow you to secure your interest in your own name.
I highly recommend reading Thom Hartmann’s book Unequal Protection. It dives deep into how corporations were given the same rights as people and how you can use that same legal framework to protect yourself.
TAKE CONTROL NOW
The bottom line to all of this legal trickery is that at any time or place, any American Citizen can become aware of their true rights as human beings and not corporations (legal persons). When you step out of the “Citizen” box and into the “Business” box, the government agencies and businesses that have been doing business with you as a “person” lose their grip.
To save themselves, every government agency and business will be very careful in making sure you accept your “LEGAL NAME” and identity within any contract. They need your consent to bind you to their corporate rules. Once you learn the foundations of why and how the government decided to do these things, you can make it all work in your favor.
