You find yourself in a high-stakes situation where the “legal system” is knocking at your door. Most people panic. They hire a “BAR” attorney who works for the court, not for them, and they walk right into a trap. If it were me, I wouldn’t play their game. I would change the game entirely.
When you understand that you are the living man and the court is a corporation, the power dynamic shifts. This isn’t just about “legal tips”; it’s about reclaiming your divine authority. Here is exactly what I would do to move from being a “defendant” to being the one in charge.
KEEP IT SIMPLE: MINIMALISM IS POWER
If I were facing a deadline or a late-stage legal battle, I wouldn’t try to build a 500-page commercial remedy from scratch unless I had months to spare. At this late date, you have to keep it simple. Complexity leads to confusion, and confusion leads to losing.
1. GIVE POWER OF ATTORNEY (POA)
I would immediately give POA to my intended attorneys-in-fact. These aren’t BAR members; these are people you trust to handle your commercial affairs. Use a signature in a computer format or a physical stamp to maintain consistency and professionalism.
2. FINISH THE PROCESS
I would finish all outstanding commercial processes or administrative remedies immediately. This includes any liens currently underway. If someone owes the estate, I direct those liens against the bonds of the debtors.
THE GLOBAL RESCISSION: WIPING THE SLATE CLEAN
The biggest mistake people make is signing documents they don’t understand. These are “slave documents”, appearance bonds, motions, and probation agreements. If it were me, my top priority would be to rescind every single one of them nunc pro tunc (retroactive to the original signing date).
If I had signed multiple documents while under duress (like in a prison or under threat of arrest), I would perform a Global Rescission. Here is the specific language I would use:
> “I, __________, sovereign-in-fact, a living Christian Man on the Land until proven otherwise, do hereby rescind for cause of failure to disclose risks, perils and responsibilities all signatures executed in my natural and representative capacities without exception on a certain appearance bond dated ______ and any and all other offers, documents, instruments, and process issued to me or legal fiction in the matter of _____________ ____________, with the exception of any and all signatures executed for the purpose of accepting for value any such offer(s). All such offers, proceedings, documents, actions, statements and instruments are hereby accepted for value and returned for full credit by notice, all such acceptance signatures whether express or implied remaining in full force and effect.”

NOTICE TO THE WORLD: DISSOLVING THE ADHESION
Once the signatures are rescinded, I would file a Notice of Waiver of Benefits and Privileges and a Notice Dissolving All Adhesion Contracts.
These documents state that you are standing on your right of avoidance. You aren’t “agreeing” to be a citizen-subject; you are a living man. If time permits, I would file these in the county records.
Who gets notified?
If it were me, I would go big. I’d file notice with:
- The Secretary-General of the United Nations
- The U.S. President
- Secretaries of State, Transportation, and Commerce
- The Attorney General
- Directors of the Secret Service, FBI, Marshal’s Service, and Bureau of Prisons
- The Supreme Court and applicable appellate courts
You are notifying the entire chain of command that you have settled and closed all liabilities attributed to the “Defendant” fiction. You are redrafting the contracts (indictments, etc.) using the BIC process. You are no longer a “debtor” to their system.
ESTABLISHING YOUR COURT: THE ONE SUPREME COURT
Most people go into court to “petition” a judge. They are essentially begging a fiction for a toothpick. If it were me, I would ISSUE ORDERS from my own jurisdiction.
Your court is the Court of Yahweh, the One Supreme Court. This is a superior court to all others. It is the original jurisdiction. The Constitution isn’t the original jurisdiction, it’s just a tool for public officials to pay lip service to. In earthly terms, you present your sovereign court like this:
> Our one supreme court held at ____________ county, nation ____________
> A superior court for the People, original jurisdiction under Yahweh
> Third judicial district of tens
This “District of Tens” is derived from Exodus 18:21. When you understand 28 USC 1451, you realize that all “State” and “Federal” courts are actually in the District of Columbia circuit. You can fill the abandoned offices of county notary, clerk of court, and justice of the peace by filing your oath and bond in the public venue.
FLIPPING THE SCRIPT: CHALLENGING THE ACTOR-IN-FICTION
When you walk into their room, you aren’t a defendant. You are the Court. You do not argue jurisdiction; you establish AUTHORITY.
If it were me, I would not tolerate a “judge” (an actor-in-fiction) questioning my authority. I would posture the question the moment they open their mouth:
- “By what authority do you come before me?”
- “By what authority does an actor-in-fiction presume to give an order to this court?”
If they persist, I would treat them exactly how they treat the public.
- “Try it again, and I’ll hold you in contempt.”
- “I am issuing a warrant for the arrest of your bond.”
A judge’s power comes from their bond. If you arrest the bond, the actor has no protection. You can even move to enforcement by ordering a marshal (who you have deputized under your bond) to remove the judge from the room.
When they ask for your name:
Do not give it. Giving your name is consenting to being the “Defendant” fiction.
Instead, say: “I am who I say I am. Who are you?” or “I’m the man holding a warrant for the arrest of your bond unless these shackles are removed this instant.”
THE POWER OF ATTITUDE AND TEMPERAMENT
The most important part of this process isn’t the paperwork: it’s YOU.
If it were me, I would let my attitude do the talking. I would look them straight in the eye and never back down. I would be fair and benevolent, but I would show absolutely no fear. You must be bold and cavalier. You are the one with the delegated authority from the Creator; they are just actors in a bankrupt corporate theater.
Tactics to Remember:
- Never Negotiate: Do not consent to any “benefits” or “privileges.”
- No Uniforms: If they want you to wear a prison uniform, tell them, “I’ll put it on if you’ll put one on.”
- No Shackles: Refuse to be treated like property.
- Constitutional Crisis: If they push, ask: “Are you attempting to create a Constitutional Crisis?” This is a serious step that gets the Marshals’ attention.
